General Responsibilities (Role):
- Enforced compliance with field processes and safety manuals to maintain operational standards and workplace safety.
- Held Operations teams accountable for deliverables, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project goals.
- Oversaw project execution to ensure smooth operations, timely completion, and alignment with company objectives.
Greatest Contribution to Reed:
The contribution that I’m most proud of making while working at Reed was running the CDH NICU project. We had to take over half of the active Neonatal intensive care unit while newborn babies were clinging to life just on the other side of our temporary walls. During the project, we worked closely with the NICU team to shut down and work on the critical systems that were keeping the babies alive. The most intense shutdown being when we demolished and relocated every electrical panel delivering power to the NICU life support systems. Which we completed without incident due to our thorough planning process!
