Reed was selected for the renovation of the original Jimmy John’s store into a dispensary which included preconstruction services required for local zoning approval and building permit application, structural analysis and repair of damaged and aging facility.
Work Completed
- Install new fire protection system
- Custom lighting and ceiling millwork
- Custom backlit signage throughout space
- Fire protection system not originally within plans - Reed team continued to work around sprinkler system installation and permitting process
