Reed Construction was selected for the renovation of the original hardware store into a dispensary which included preconstruction services required for local zoning approval and building permit application, structural analysis and repair of damaged and aging facility.

- Mezzanine structure that was scheduled for demolition was actually a structural element and required structural planning redesign
- Fire protection system not originally within planset - Reed team continued to work around sprinkler system installation and permitting process
