Located in the West Loop, 525 W. Van Buren, also known as the Congress Center, is a 16-story office building constructed in 2001. Reed Construction was selected by JLL and MRSA Architects to complete a spec suite build-out on the 13th floor. The high end spec suite features central offices to maximize the amount of natural light, an open ceiling/office concept with drywall cloud features, large breakroom area, glass office fronts and a large executive boardroom. The project was completed on time and under budget.
