Reed was selected for this multiple tenant build-out at 330 N. Wabash. This was an accelerated schedule as one suite needed to be built in six (6) weeks. The projects included large executive board rooms, open office space, custom glass feature walls and a unique lighting design. The building is a historic building with many design requirements that needed to be coordinated with existing conditions.
