Project Description

Established in 1927, The Economic Club of Chicago (ECC) is a non-profit organization bringing experienced and future leaders together to encourage dialogue on important economic and social issues. In 2016,, ECC relocated to a new space and Reed subsequently completed a 5,635 square foot build-out for the organization’s new headquarters. Given the age of the building, careful attention was paid to insulation and ceiling infrastructure, while still adhering to the budget. Reed successfully coordinated with ECC to determine solutions that were within budget, allowed for on-time completion and prevented potential future issues. The new office features high-end finishes throughout and technology upgrades including a cloud-based security system. ECC is now able to host larger meetings and presentations, further expanding their reach to Chicago’s most influential leaders and entrepreneurs.
