Reed Construction completed the 40,000 SF interior build-out of the Rush South Loop Specialty Clinic, located within a new mixed-use development. The space includes a full imaging suite (MRI, CT, X-ray, bone density, ultrasound, and mammography), lab and blood draw areas, sterilization, exam and procedure rooms, waiting areas, and staff support spaces.
Reed was brought on while the base building was still under construction by a separate contractor. Through proactive coordination and communication, the team delivered a seamless integration and a fully operational outpatient clinic that reflects Rush’s high standards for patient care.
