Reed was approached by a major multi-state operator (MSO) back in 2017, which led us to explore this untapped market. It was clear to Reed and this large MSO that our background in healthcare, life sciences, and industrial settings uniquely aligned us to successfully complete this type of work. From there, we ran with the opportunity. We developed key construction processes and honed in on specialized building components to implement a true design-build partnership. This early start in the industry afforded us the time to effectively scale, repeat, and continue to improve our approach to building these unique projects.
