Reed Construction Breaks Ground at Hospital for Behavioral Health Medicine

Reed Construction (“Reed”) is pleased to announce that the firm has broken ground on the Hospital for Behavioral Health Medicine in Plainfield, Indiana.

Reed was selected by US HealthVest to develop this project, which will address a growing need for behavioral health services in central Indiana. The 67,000 square foot, two-story hospital interior’s will include a mix of 56 private and semi-private patient rooms, nurse stations, activity rooms, group rooms, and exercise rooms. The interior construction will also include the build-out of a full commercial kitchen with attached dining room as well as outdoor courtyards. The exterior façade includes an architectural structural pre-cast system, window elements, and multiple entrance canopies.

Vice President and Director of Project Management Joe Kozlowski will lead this project joined by Senior Superintendent Chuck Knapp, Project Manager Nick Stading, Project Manager Cynthia MacLeod and Field Supervisor Joe Vega. Architectural services for this project are being provided by GLMV Architecture. Construction is slated for completion in December 2020.
