Chevy Chase Land Company is a prominent development and property management firm boasting an expansive projects within the Washington, D.C. market. Reed Construction was selected by the owners of Chevy Chase Land Company to complete relocation and renovations for the firm’s new corporate headquarters in Chevy Chase, Maryland. The project included construction of glass perimeter offices, a specialty metal ceiling from Ceiling Plus, a curved glass-walled conference room, open concept ceilings and a custom millwork package. The new space is open, modern and conducive to a more collaborative work environment.
