We are pleased to announce our selection to complete a 32,000 square foot interior renovation of six new tenant spec suites for 123 North Wacker in Chicago, Illinois.

Built in 1986, 123 North Wacker is situated in the upper portion of Chicago’s West Loop, which has become the chosen destination for large corporate occupiers looking to relocate from the suburbs to Chicago’s CBD as it offers unparalleled access to multiple avenues of public transportation. Recently acquired by LaSalle Investment Management’s Income and Growth Fund VII, this 30-story Class A office tower’s renovations will give tenants a high-quality product at an exceptional occupancy cost value compared to new construction rents.

We were selected by JLL to complete the project, which will include the new construction of six spec suites ranging in design style from traditional office to full creative. The interiors may include open offices, exposed ceilings, polished concrete, and collaborative conference rooms. Features of the spaces may incorporate custom glass office fronts, high-end millwork, unique lighting fixtures, and drywall cloud accents. This project will be completed on an expedited schedule and is slated for completion in July 2017.

Project Manager Erik Gunderson will be leading the team. Joining him will be Project Engineer Paul Jennrich, and Project Superintendent Mike Detlefsen. Architectural services are being provided by Earles Architects Associates.
